I have been a patient at Alphington medical centre for almost 25 years. It has always been very professionally run and all of the doctors are very personable. I have always enjoyed seeing Dr Louise Counsel who is extremely thorough, professional and very trustworthy. It’s a very comforting feeling knowing you are being looked after and supported so well. I also love the online booking system too.

Dr Hess always listens and you never feel rushed out the door. Follows up things so your health is in good hands. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, so you feel less stressed. I have been a patient for over twenty years and while I have moved addresses , as they have, I have always returned because I know my needs have always been met there.

Dr Marilyn Gates is the best GP I have ever had. She is always diligent & enthusiastic in her approach. She refuses to rush through a consultation, even when she is running behind schedule. An amazing practitioner! Thank you

I have been a patient at this Medical Centre for well over a decade. In my regular GP’s absence every one of the practitioners I have seen has been wonderful. My Telehealth appointment with Dr Jenny Bourke today was a classic example of this. She is both professional and amicable and attended to my request for documents promptly and courteously. The staff at reception are also great.

I've been a patient at this clinic for over 30 years and will keep going back until my GP/s retire. I have two main GPs at this clinic and both are amazing. They take the time to listen and are thorough when it comes to providing a diagnosis, treatment or referrals to a specialist. I always feel heard and cared for. As someone with long-term chronic health issues, this is so important.

I got in straight away this morning and the Dr I saw was extremely thorough and very personable. I’ve always been able to get an appt at short notice too - so would recommend this practice.

I have been going here for years. The medical advice is great. But I have been often been disappointed with the wait time. Often the doctor is running 30-50 minutes late with no reason given and no apology. Today I arrived on time and was arrived one patient was in front of me. I then saw my doctor walk in the door 15 min later, and 2 min after that called the said one patient in front of me to see them. So I got called up about 35 min after my appointment time.

Booked an Appointment with the blessed Dr Jenny Burke. A wonderful doctor, just works so hard you have to phone before you leave home to see if she is running on time. I was able to have another cuppa before I went up to see her. She still had a few appts before I saw her, however, someone must of complained about the staff in reception, which was awful, really poor, because I was greeted by a friendly face who actually said hello, may I help you. I immediately felt better. The center is always clean and neat the chairs are comfortable. The atmosphere has picked up 100 per cent. So nice to be greeted with a smile. Manners never go out of fashion. Well done AMC
